Many executives prefer a on-one-one approach for longer term personalized individual development work done in a setting of strict confidentiality. Executive Coaching is designed for these people at or near the top of their organization who demand of themselves a level of excellence that creates a leading edge in their profession, their industry, and their personal lives
Executives of have little opportunity for open and productive dialogue - creative conversations designed to bring their visions, projects and goals to fruition. When their intentions are thwarted and action is interrupted, they can readily feel alone, stuck, and feeling the limitations of not being able to identify what's mission, what's needed and what's next.
There are other situations that often lend better to individual coaching. For example, we prefer to work individually with the top executive in doing "big picture" strategic thinking and planning for her/his organization. And we deliver confidential feedback and action planning as a coach in not other way that one-on-one.
Whatever the situation, you can have a personal Coach, just as a professional athlete or performance artist does. Sharing the perspective of someone outside the organization, a Coach offers an unbiased, objective, trained, sometimes "out of the box" and highly confidential viewpoint to the executive. A Coach is a true partner in accomplishing what's most important to you and has no personal agenda other than to have the executive "win" in all areas of his or her life.
We can assess, without charge, your current situation and goals. Then together we decide on how to proceed. If having a coach would be the best approach for your needs and challenges.
